My part-time, live FEAR Bootcamp is an immersive 7 week's learning experience. You'll learn the value of vulnerability in a safe environment during live sessions with 10 golfers and golf coaches from around the world. During the Bootcamp you'll understand how to unlock the potential in yourself as a player. As a coach you’ll understand how to ask the right questions and how to predict the feelings and emotions of the players you guide helping them unblock their potential.

FEAR - The pressure of pursuing dreams
Week 1
During our first live class we will really start to look at how so often fears lie hidden and unconscious and affect everything we do as leaders
  • Introduction to myself, my journey, my vast experience and why I have written this syllabus
  • Meet cohort of other individuals
  • Discuss the 6 week journey, module by module to the culmination of;  ‘Sweat & Courage’ in the final week
  • Learn about fear and the subtle behaviours it creates
  • Challenge the conventional high performance belief systems
  • discuss vulnerability to prepare for week 2
  • Run through homework
VULNERABILITY v INVINCIBILITY - The key to performance
Week 2
During the second week of our Bootcamp you'll learn about vulnerability. What it is?Why it’s not used? Why it requires huge courage and how itchanges everything. We will look closely add why athletes quickly becomeperfectionists in search of self protection.
  • Run through this week’s homework questions as a group and learn why vulnerability is the opposite of weakness in performance
  • Start to see the links between fear in week 1 and being vulnerable
  • Collaborative discussion with video examples
  • Starting to understand why you can't perform consistently unless you accept the truth of vulnerability
  • Challenge the conventional High Performance belief systems
  • Discuss next weeks module
“I QUIT“ - Powerlessness leads to being empowered
Week 3
Following on from looking deeply at vulnerability,  you'll explore how subtle controllingbehaviours are destroying your performance. During this session you'll begin tounderstand the difference between being empowered and powerlessness, and howall of the worlds highest performers quit before they perform.
  • Run through this week’shomework questions as a group and learn what is uncontrollable in performance
  • Recognise the difference between empowered and powerlessness
  • Collaborativediscussion with video examples‘Self Belief’ is critical but, what is it? How do we improve it?
  • Starting to understand why you can't perform consistently
  • Look at next weeks module of Authenticity and how it lies the other sideof seeking perfection
AUTHENTICITY - Maybe I’m just good?
Week 4
During week four of thre Bootcamp you'll take on what I consider thegreatest challenge to unlocking consistent High Performance; Authenticity.Authenticity takes the most  courage.
  • Run through this weeks homework questions as a group
  • Learn why becoming Authentic and living in authenticity is the hardestthing we will ever do but, also the key to our potential.
  • Watch and reflect as a group on a series of videos highlighting andshining a light further on this topic
  • Learn WHY fear steals authenticity
  • Learn why a lack of self authenticity creates mental health issues
WALKING THE LINE- The embrace of healthy fear
Week 5
Week 5 of the Bootcamp now, you’ve come so far!Throughfear into vulnerability into authenticity now the hard bit.. walking the line.How do we stay on this line? Too much pressure stifles creativity, not enough we won’t perform. Thisweek we did deeper into it all.

  • Learn about healthy and unhealthy fear and the vital difference.
  • Watch a series of videos and discuss as a group
  • Listen as we have a guest speaking professional athlete who will share their journey
  • Look at the final week's topic - Sweat and courage
SWEAT & COURAGE - The essence of success
Week 6
Week 6 of the Bootcamp. The end but just the beginning. This week we willwalk into the finishing module; Sweat & Courage. We will see how all the weeks gone by build up to this point.
  • Run through this weeks questions as a group
  • Learn about sweat & courage. The tools of the best athletes in the world from usian Bolt to Lionel Messi, Tiger Woods to Michael Jordan
  • Watch a series of videos and discuss as a group
  • Summary of the 6 weeks.
